A competitive Road Atlanta weekend opened the season in April, with veteran driver Steve Bamford leading both the F1600 and F2000 standings heading into the Watkins Glen event, while Ryan Norman is out front to an early points lead in Atlantic.

FA is required to run VP 112 octane leaded fuel supplied by Watkins Glen International,  VP 100 octane leaded fuel supplied by Watkins Glen International, or Sunoco 260GT unleaded fuel.  Sunoco 260GT unleaded is not available at Watkins Glen and must be provided by the competitor.  Competitors please note that VP 100 and Sunoco 260GT have similar chemistry.

All fuel testing commencing May 14th, 2016 will be using the above specified fuel as the baseline for chemical and dielectric comparison.  This allows teams to have the testing period on Friday May 13th to flush their tanks.
