Kasemets, an Atlantic veteran, ran laps in the first practice before skipping two sessions and then easily took pole by seven tenths of a second over Connor Burke, driving a Swift 014/Toyota for Company Motorsports.

(photo: Valet)Millville, NJ – David Grant made it four wins in four Atlantic Championship Series starts this year, leading every lap from pole and going under the existing Atlantic track record at New Jersey Motorsports Park’s Thunderbolt circuit. Grant took his second win in two days, finishing ahead of brother Keith Grant while Paul LeCain stood on the final step of the podium driving the No. 90  Ralt RT-41/Toyota.

Grant extended his points lead, and finished well ahead of second place Paul LeCain, who was fastest in practice and started from pole in the Ralt RT-41/Toyota, while Keith Grant, David’s brother, completed the podium.

Millville, NJ – Effective immediately, Sunday’s schedule has changed with race grids set on race one fastest lap times. F2000 is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. local time followed by Atlantics at 8:30 and F1600 at 11:30 local time.

Paul LeCain (photo: Valet)Millville, NJ – The second ever weekend of the new Atlantic Championship Series saw Paul LeCain at the top of the time sheets on Friday turning in a lap of 1:15.059 around the 13-turn New Jersey Motorsports Park Thunderbolt complex in his No. 90 Ralt RT-41/Toyota combination. Following LeCain on the practice two time sheets were David Grant, Bruce Hamilton, Connor Burke and Chris Fahan.
